Mel Gibson’s babysitter, who may have been a key witness in the domestic abuse case involving his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, has lost her battle with cancer. The sitter, whom he crassly labeled a “wetback” in one of his now-infamous rants, and who claims she witnessed the actor’s rage, passed away over the weekend. According to Oksana, the babysitter had witnessed Mel storming around the house, slamming doors and screaming on the phone, “I want to [expletive] destroy you.” The woman never provided a statement direct to law enforcement investigators before she died, and says she didn’t come forward sooner because of her cancer

Testimony from an audio engineer who works with Oksana Grigorieva may have seen Mel Gibson lash out at her, and says he could be a “star witness” in the ongoing domestic violence investigation against the troubled actor.

The Mel Gibson tapes are just insane. They’d be absolutely wild, disturbing stuff from any person, let alone one of the biggest movie stars in history.

Oksana Grigorieva’s accusations of domestic violence may or may not be backed by witnesses who she says saw the argument in which Mel Gibson hit her. Until that happens, however, much of the “evidence” she claims implicates the actor remains suspect – including the new photo of Oksana with a black eye. The fact that the photo surfaced just this week is odd.

Did Mel Gibson attack Oksana Grigorieva physically? The actor and his attorneys have not said a word about the infamous tapes, which makes sense. It’s pretty clearly him on the phone, and there’s no explaining away remarks such as “You should just say you’re sorry and BLOW ME!!!!!!” But he’s adamantly denied any violence, and his fans have accused Oksana of being a gold-digging liar.

Just when you think there can’t possibly be any more Mel Gibson rants, he apparently left a bunch of voicemails for Oksana Grigorieva as well.
