Marsha Revel, the Beverly Hills judge notoriously unmoved by Lindsay Lohan’s nonsense and who threw her in jail last month, is stepping down from the case. Revel recused herself Friday after the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office objected to meetings between the judge and defense attorneys in the case. Prosecutor Danette Meyers raised the issue at a meeting between her, Revel and Lohan’s defense attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, according to the L.A
