If there’s a time for a correctional facility to release a high-profile inmate while attracting as little attention as possible, it’s 1:35 a.m.

With an early release from jail now looming this week, troubled star Lindsay Lohan is now worried about what comes next: her mandatory 90 days in rehab. Unlike her 90-day jail sentence, which is likely to be cut short due to good behavior, overcrowding and the media circus she causes, rehab is non-negotiable.

Lindsay Lohan, who has been visited by family ever since her incarceration three days ago, received another guest Thursday in ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson. Ronson popped by the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., where Lohan is confined and living among murderers until at least August 1.

Oksana’s lawyer, Marci Levine, says to the contrary, “The statement released to TMZ on behalf of Mel Gibson is based upon complete distortions of the truth.” Regarding Mr. Gibson’s financial contributions toward the parties’ child, Levine says he “conveniently ignores obligations to the child under California law.” He’s accused of closing his fist and punching her in the face, but Mel’s lawyer, Stephen Kolodny says Mel has opened up his wallet for Oksana Grigorieva.
